Highly
Qualified Staff
Teachers
Many members of the
instructional teams within Trinity Charter School have obtained
at least a Masters degree in their field of expertise. The
goal is for all teachers to be certified in Special Education
as well as Highly Qualified according to the No Child Left Behind
requirements.
Teachers continue professional
development throughout the school year in their respective fields
and in discipline management techniques in order to best serve
the students they teach.
Paraprofessionals
Trinity Charter School
Paraprofessionals are certified in Region XIII Paraprofessional
Training (Region IV for Krause) in math and language arts. They
are also trained in Girls and Boys Town discipline management
training.
Ongoing training for
all staff also includes Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression
(SAMA), a non-violent crisis intervention technique.
