All TCS teachers and paraprofessionals meet Highly Qualified (HQ) requirements, as defined in the federal legislation entitled No Child Left Behind (NCLB).

Many members of the Trinity Charter School (TCS) instructional teams have obtained a Master’s degree in their field of expertise.
Teachers and all school staff receive intensive in-service training prior to the beginning of the school year, in addition to participating in ongoing professional development throughout the year.
Training for all staff includes (but is not limited to):
- Teaching Techniques
- Lesson Planning
- Trauma Informed Care
- The Well-Managed Classroom
- Use of 21st century technology
- Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression, a non-violent crisis intervention technique.
